Haly has given me very good service for many years now, going beyond the call of duty several times. I had a problem recently but Seth especially was very helpful and easy to work with. My only complaint is that they don't call before they show up at my house, even though I've repeatedly asked them to. (I have a dog and a gate and so it would be helpful to know when they're arriving.)
