They had been an okay company to deal with on and off over the couple policies I have had.... HOWEVER they have put me in a terrible position by NOT canceling my policy on time or properly. THEY withdraw funds and nfs my account AFTER my policy was cancelled and I had already gotten new insurance and paid off my set amount they mailed me in my letter of cancelation. They then were to refund me the nfs fee, expect THEY did not cancel my policy and I had a 36 dollar balance owing. That I was fully unaware of cause of their err... read more
Lmaooo I have had an accident under my license for 5 years that I was not involved in and have called this company so many times to get it fixed. Everytime I apply for insurance it’s a walking headache because they cannot remove the accident for some reason DESPITE sending a letter claiming it was “fixed”. Absolutely terrible, not even insured by them and still having to pay for ever being under them.
Great service, 1 on 1 with actual agent which I think is superb. Scott Parker is excellent.
