I have nothing but good things to say about the commercial managers here. Easy to get a hold of and prompt customer service.
Totally unprofessional and unresponsive. Can’t say how many times I called the corporate office during my 2 year stay at Lexington Hills with no response. Tries to wrongfully withhold deposits even going against statements in their own leases! Take photos/videos before and after moving things and get EVERYTHING in writing if for some reason you want to rent from these losers. Poor communication. No training. Company does not train employees. The result is upset residents.
Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. At all costs. Trust me. It’s not worth the money or time to live at one of their properties.
