Best day of my stay with HBG was the day my family moved out. We resided at Victoria Flats in Roseville. As of summer 2022 it is very poorly managed by building manager Cole Grupp and the company HBG as a whole will take your money and deposit every way possible. Also, they are trigger happy to send any outstanding fees to collections before doing the least to reach out to tenants via call/text/email; so make sure your finances with HBG are squared away. I have nothing but good things to say about the commercial managers here. Easy to get a hold of and prompt customer service.
Totally unprofessional and unresponsive. Can’t say how many times I called the corporate office during my 2 year stay at Lexington Hills with no response. Tries to wrongfully withhold deposits even going against statements in their own leases! Take photos/videos before and after moving things and get EVERYTHING in writing if for some reason you want to rent from these losers.
