If there were a rating below 1 star, I would have chosen it. Ken Halverson came to appraise our house after a MAJOR remodel. He was very socially awkward. That's ok, I thought, he's here to do a job. Our lender told me that we could have the appraisal done before the remodel was 100% done, so when he came, we still had a few outlet covers off and other, cosmetic, things that were not complete.
