Do not buy or rent a home from him, or near one he owns! He owns a house he does not live in on 21st Avenue in Astoria and one of his tenants has been harassing neighbors for years and he’s done nothing about it! He neglects the property and couldn’t care less about neighbors and their children.

Very mediocre service . Kim was caught lying about a listing she posted on street easy.. basically dishonest people are all over the place . I would never deal with this broker again. They don’t answer the phone no email whatsoever. I would never recommend these people to anyone looking for a clean affordable apartment in Astoria.
Horrible real estate and untrustworthy. They suggested a lawyer for us to use and when we get to the closing, there were so many mistakes that would have cost us money from this lawyer. If we didn’t check everything over carefully, we would have lost money in the deal of what was owed to us. if he recommends any lawyer or inspector do not use them.
