My son lives here with two roommates. Their lease is up in Feb 2020. And not a day to soon. His truck was recently broke into (and they live in the building right beside the leasing office and he parks in front of said office🙄) and the person that broke into his truck, left a note on his window last night. The note advised that if he wanted his belongings back (including his military id) he would need to leave $300 in his truck bed for them. this place is turning into the projects. Halton park rented out apartments to a recovery program without notifying the tenants. some of those in the program bring back shopping carts from foodlion and leave them on the property. they roam around inthe middle of night and early mornings. Did you do a background check like did the other tenants that live here. im sure you didn't because the government is paying you a nice piece of change to allow them housing and run a business . the breezeways are nasty. people hanging wet cl... read more

Unprofessional staff, maintance has no manners when entering apartment and are slow when it comes to fixing home problems. I suggest you retrain your staff on how they approach problems and how they speak to residents as well.

I wish I could have had the chance to make your experience better before your move but hope you are enjoying your new home.
I am handicap all the spots were taken so I parked closed to the building I woke up in the morning to go to dialysis to find my car missing management had my car towed so I missed dialysis to go get my car I had to pay 250$ to get my car back apparently management could care less if you're handicapped or not this place is over priced and just taking advantage and robbing people they dont fix shit in this apartment and as soon as my son's lease is up were not renewing it
I THINK IT'S A HUMANE PLACE TO LIVE. EVERYTHING I'VE SEEN SO FAR LOOK WONDERFUL.
