Professional, caring and good with kids
Extremely professional. I’ve unfortunately had to deal with Dr Lu and Dr V on multiple occasions over the years for a few accidents! Always honest and thorough support for my family and myself.
Receptionist is a real piece of work
Dr. Chris Lu and all of his office and physio clinic staff who I have interacted with have been excellent. Their services are very efficient with his office is right next to the hospital. Over the last two years, Dr. Lu provided surgery on both of my feet for Morton's Neuroma and I have had great success after each surgery. After 10 years of dealing with this problem, I am now pain free. It wasn't easy as this is a very painful surgery but life after has been great and I wish I had done this years earlier. Dr. Vikram Venkateswaran Performed my ACL Tear and LCL sprain surgery at Halton Hills and it was a failure. I entrusted him like any patient would and not only did he leave internal bleeding which required to have another surgery. When I contacted his office he did nothing to rectify my surgery. I DO NOT RECOMMEND as I’m unable to play sports again with full confidence.
