I would like to extend my gratitude to Dr. Lu. He preformed two surgeries on my left ankle one being recently to remove a screw and repair ligaments. Each time I saw Dr. Lu he was always so friendly and approachable and answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. He’s done an amazing job. Dr. Lu is the best of the best. Extremely knowledgeable and kind man.
I have had bunion surgery on both feet by Dr Lu and I commend the work he did and his manner.
The 1 star isn’t a reflection of the doctor and his work, but he needs to change his receptionist. Awful customer service skills it’s sickening. First time calling in just to get an update on appointment details and got met with unnecessary attitude. Telling me how “it’s not magic, you’ll get an appointment” when I only asked for an update on how it works and what to expect.
In December 2023, I had the opportunity to interact with Dr. Christopher Lu, and I must say, his professionalism and expertise as a surgeon were truly commendable. However, it's regrettable to note that the same level of professionalism was not reflected by his receptionist.
