Basically this place is a cosmetic "all things $-CASH-grab" clinic. Never have I ever come it for an appointment and met the doctor at the same time. I don't see a point in getting a family doctor here or getting an appointment. Usual wait time is 1.5 to 2 hours regardless of when you come in and if you have an appointment. Ridiculous scheduling system, no priority order. People came after me and left before me. And they have the audacity to put a notice on front desk to not inquire about wait times. Great service.
The receptionist Samra is short tempered. Has zero tolerance level to explain and is sarcastic to patients who are unaware or new rules about walk ins or appointments. I understand she is busy and over worked but this is not what you expect at the front desk . I noticed that she was very sweet to people with white skin and rude to people of her own skin colour . I had such a wonderful experience during my co-op placement at this clinic. The whole team was kind, patient, and always ready to help me learn. Special thanks to Samra, Jaz, and Alyssa for their guidance and support. I felt encouraged every step of the way and gained so many valuable skills.
