DO NOT BOOK LASER HERE. TLDR; they lasered my eyebrows twice on accident leaving permanent patches, switch your laser tech without any notice and are not consistent, techs are not well equipped or trained and rely on the doctor to set the settings, the settings are ineffective compared to other clinics I’ve tried. They lasered my eyebrows not once, twice!!! Hasn’t grown back properly still. Never gave me a discount or made any efforts for reparations. It is truly frustrating that after reaching to clinic at scheduled time , I still had to wait for more than 45 minutes for doctors. Totally unprofessional .
Best practice in my experience EVER! Friendly, efficient staff and little to zero wait times. There is one receptionist there that I wish she could be cloned! There isn't another like her! She is highly organized and always greets you with a smile and salutations. She is absolutely the heart of this operation. She is always on the ball and doesn't miss a single thing!
