I’ve bought two high end bikes from Halters and have been highly satisfied. I’ve taken one of them in for a few repairs due to normal wear and tear and the service from Jason and his crew has always been excellent. They are also honest and won’t try to sell you what you don’t need. Honest, passionate and customer oriented. That’s what Halters is about.
Jay and the crew are true professionals in a cruel world.

Best. Bike. Shop. Ever. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. They worked with me to get me on a mountain bike that fit me and that served my goals, needs and limitations (back problems.) They worked with me until everything was exactly right. And the service after to fit me on the bike just took it over the top. I've sent others and they, too, have had exemplary experiences. If you're in the market for a bike, go here. You won't be disappointed.

Great bikes, great work, great people
Another great trip to and experience with Halters, this time it was for cycling shoes and bike fit on my mountain bike. I have an issue with my one leg and as a result have a brace that I wear all the time. This presents an issue when it comes to leg length and shoes sizes (fill size difference between feet). Jason, owner of Halters, worked with me on getting my fit dialed in on the bike and sorted out my shoe issues.
