Horrible dealership. If you like your money do not buy a vehicle from Haltermans. They will try to get you to pay more than you would from a different dealer..
I took the car in for a recall. They proceeded to tell me I needed an oil change but it was just changed 400 miles earlier. They said I needed transmission fluid change. The car has 29000 miles on it. They told me I needed an inspection and rear brakes but the car was inspected 2 months ago. All the guy had to do was look at the sticker on my windshield. I done mind you trying to upsell me but by doing this you tried to rob me. There were also several other items that they wanted to fix that didn’t need fixing.
RecommendedWe stopped by Halterman's Tuesday night June 25th at 8:25pm to look at a few cars on the lot, yes they closed up at 8pm. Excellent Service, always willing to go the extra mile
Eric McNicholas is the man! He really went above and beyond to help us get the financing and take our car (a.k.a. the potential rolling fireball) off our hands and give us a loaner car until our car is ready. Also, we got a couple of hundred more for our car than I expected. Thank you very much Eric!
I filled out my finance application on a Sunday and I had a call back by the dealership by Monday and I was in my new car by Tuesday!! Denny and Brian were extremely dedicated to getting me and my daughter in a safe, reliable, and affordable car!! They went above and beyond my expectations and it was the best car buying experience of my life!! I recommend you go see them at haltermans!!
