I have had a very bad experience here so far. Just moved in about a month ago and there have already been two major utility issues...currently I have been without power for over 4 days and have received no assistance despite physically going down to their "office" (which is a complete mess) twice during this time period...I have no reliable point of contact for emergencies/maintenance and all they seem to care about is money...what else needs to be said? I guess you get what you pay for.
