My experience is always top notch. Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful. Nancy always goes out of her way to make sure you are getting what you need. She always greets me with a big smile and is eager to answer my questions. I would definitely recommend Halsted Eye Boutique.

I've been a client for close to 5 years, and am ALWAYS treated with warmth and respect, AND . . . with skill and thoroughness. Today I stopped in to drop off a pair of vintage glasses that needed an ear piece fixed, and walked out 15 minutes later with not just that pair in perfect shape, but the pair I wore in adjusted, AND . . . because I'm a client, no charge. You don’t need glasses or contacts to see how great Halsted Eye Boutique is. I had a new patient exam and it was nothing short of a wonderful experience. Booking an appointment was quick and easy. The communication beforehand was great as I tend to forget I booked appointments. The front desk person, Nat, was welcoming and helped me with all of my new patient forms.
