I've been a client for close to 5 years, and am ALWAYS treated with warmth and respect, AND . . . with skill and thoroughness. Today I stopped in to drop off a pair of vintage glasses that needed an ear piece fixed, and walked out 15 minutes later with not just that pair in perfect shape, but the pair I wore in adjusted, AND . . . because I'm a client, no charge. Halsted Eye Boutique was such a pleasant surprise! It appears to be high end, which I thought might not be as personal and down to earth as I like, but . . . everyone I have encountered, from the techs to the service providers to the doctors have been both warm and professional. It’s high end, for sure, but extremely warm and inviting. The techs are all on point! I especially have a great rapport with Nancy Gamboa, whose expertise, humor, and edge makes me feel at home and taken care of. Sky full of stars !!!

The whole staff is exceedingly professional and kind but I must give a special shout out to Nancy for her kindness and thoughtfulness. She goes above and beyond to ensure that your glasses fit right, and through her experience, always seems to know exactly what the issue is. Dr. Tracy Becherer is very knowledgeable and after a recent move to the area, I'm so very happy I found them all and look forward to a long term relationship with Halstead Eye.
