I'm one of the ex-EyeSee Ravenswood patients that Halstead acquired in their acquisition of Dr. Stein's practice after her passing. Unfortunately the transition to HalstedEye was a nightmare on both the medical and administrative side - go see the reviews against EyeSee. I thought I was past it (it's been 3 years), but the Billing Department reached out a couple weeks ago with a more than 2 year old bill from 2023 that I do not recall or have any evidence of ever receiving the service.
