I always have a great experience at Halstead eye boutique, it’s comfortable in a way no other optometrist is. I have rotated through several eye doctors depending on availability and they are all very kind. Dylin is absolutely fantastic. He’s helped me for 3 years pick to pick out several pairs of glasses and the right lenses, fixes them complimentary, and even though I can tell he works very hard, always is patient and has a smile on his face.
I can’t say enough good things about Jeimy (office manager) and the other opticians - Dylan and Angie - with whom I’ve worked. I have a medical issue that causes vertigo and dizziness. Dylan and Angie discovered that specific changes to the lenses of my glasses and sunglasses made a difference and then Jeimy figured out that I needed a completely different type of frame AND helped me to work with insurance and the lens makers to insure I got what I needed. The time, attention, and kindness was unparalleled.
Excellent service, Nancy helped so much. She explained to me so well on how to use the products the doctor recommended me to use, along with helping me find glasses and scheduling my follow up appointments.
I’m so grateful for the wonderful care I received. Dr. Slusky was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to help me find the right contact lenses, even bringing different lenses several times until we found the one that worked perfectly for me. I can read clearly again, and I’m so happy with the results!
We have been coming to Halsted Eye Boutique since my son was an infant and still choose to get his glasses here even though we live in the suburbs now. Everyone is so kind and thoughtful there!
