Wonderful place and great community. The leasing office and front desk are very friendly and helpful - thanks to Malac, Alex, and Anne. I'd always go to them for any questions or help. In a lot of places, the leasing office doesn't really talk to you once you move in. Concierge always makes you feel welcome. Maintenance team has also been very helpful. Hubert and Jovan are very active and attentive, respect to them. My only complaint is if your unit is on the South side or facing towards Mosaic, there's a landscaping company... read more
I've had a great experience living here so far. The maintenance team is one of the best parts — always quick to respond and super professional. It’s really reassuring knowing issues get taken care of fast!
Lovely place to live with events and regular food trucks coming by. Whenever I need help, I know the concierge and maintenance teams are there to provide great service. For example, Hubert and the rest of the maintenance team have done an amazing job responding to issues I report.
We moved out after 10 months due to the consistently poor experience we had — both with the disruptive neighbors and the unprofessional leasing team, particularly Johaan. He was consistently unhelpful, dismissive, and unprofessional in every interaction. On multiple occasions, he shared confidential and private information about other residents — information he had no right to disclose.
