Washer broke down and my maintenance team fixed it within 24 hours. Courteous, competent and responsive…. Hubert was my maintenance tech and I cannot thank him enough
I came in last minute to tour and Miranda helped us out. She was so friendly and accommodating! She answered all of our questions very patiently and nicely. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to tour here!
So I’ll start with the good. *The location is fantastic, being a 10 min walk to the metro on one side and a 10 min walk to the Mosaic district *The amenities are stellar *The people who work there are so nice Now the bad, from least to most annoying: *Construction started across the street, so if your apartment is facing Merrilee dr then you’re going to hear construction from 7am-5pm. Updated after two years. I decided to move out again due to all kinds of noise. Outer construction, elevator, children running, dog barking, etc. waking me up everyday. Updated after 1.5 years: it takes several months to identify which neighbors are making noise but leasing office has been coordinating and reached out to the noise maker and they finally stopped and lowered their volume.
