The location between Mosaic and Dunn Loring is perfect. It's a very walkable area. Jumping on the metro to go to DC or hopping over to Mosaic's Farmers Market on Sunday. Lots of people and activities in the area. The apartment/facilities are great and big shout to Hubert from the the maintenance team for being responsive and professional on addressing any apartment challenges. I did look around this year for a place near Reston but I just couldn't find the same vibe. Recently signed up for my third year. Enjoy!
Recently, I requested service in my unit. Hubert notified me of his availability and was able to provide top-tier service. He informed me of the issue and replaced the equipment. I appreciate his professionalism and glad to have a maintenance team that responds in a timely manner. Shout out to Hubert!
I have been living here for the past year and a half. The amenities and resident events are great, and I enjoy my apartment. I truly believe the staff is fantastic and responsive. When my stove broke, they initially replaced a part, but ultimately replaced the entire appliance. They kept me informed throughout the process. Great community!
