We moved out after 10 months due to the consistently poor experience we had — both with the disruptive neighbors and the unprofessional leasing team, particularly Johaan. He was consistently unhelpful, dismissive, and unprofessional in every interaction. On multiple occasions, he shared confidential and private information about other residents — information he had no right to disclose. Updated after 1.5 years: it takes several months to identify which neighbors are making noise but leasing office has been coordinating and reached out to the noise maker and they finally stopped and lowered their volume. Updated after 1 year: I would like to move out because of noise. The wall is too thin especially with low wall design. A new neighbor moved in and do loud music and vacuuming 7 am in the morning while another have TV on after 12 pm. I stayed with my friend here for a week, and it’s such a lovely apartment building! The facilities are excellent—I especially enjoyed using the Peloton in the gym. The neighborhood is incredibly walkable, with plenty of great restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby.
