The staff here is kind, accommodating, and very helpful. Great location, pet-friendly, and top tier amenities. Highly recommend!
I've been living at the Lotus for almost a year now and have had an excellent experience. Like any apartment building, I have had to put in my share of maintenance requests. The building management has always been prompt and helpful in ensuring that everything gets resolved. Hubert especially has helped address issues my unit has had. He's very friendly and knowledgeable and I'm confident that if I have any other issues in the future that he and the management will get it done with no problem.
