Halstead is a great complex, but I want to give a special shoutout to the maintenance team. Any service request I’ve made has always been addressed quickly and effectively. Hubert is the best and deserves special praise for his work. Thanks for all you do.
I worked with both Malac and Johann and they were both phenomenal. Given that this was my first apartment, I was at ease during the application and leasing process. The service and communication from the leasing team was 10/10 and I really appreciate the level of service they provided throughout!
Mr. Zee from Halstead Lofts did an excellent job fixing my AC! He worked hard, was very professional, and super nice throughout the whole process.
Halstead is a very nice place to live! The management team is very communicative and willing to help residents. There are nonstop events held for residents to create that community feeling. Facilities and amenities are always kept cleaned. It offers great value for the rent, especially due to its excellent location. The maintenance crew is superb as well. Hubert has stopped by a couple times when answering requests just a day after I submit them. I feel like I’m in good hands with this crew!
The maintenance staff is very good. We had two problems at once and Hubert was able to fix one of them right away. The other problem required a part but Hubert explained that he'd be back to address the problem.
