We wasted so much time here while looking for an apartment in Brooklyn, We applied to an apartment through Kristin and we could feel from the first minute she was totally bias and not our side, however we did apply and wasted a whole day to only see her put the paperwork in a drawer with no names or nothing, she never reviewed and let us know if the docs were ok.... next day she said it was rejected...I still doubt she ever presented our application... 2 days later we found an apartment in the same exact area, 4 streets away... read more
The weekday receptionist has a real bitchy personality. The agents are very unprofessional. This agent named luke is very inappropriate. Another agent named Michael is very pushy. I do not recommend this real estate office.
