Had a fantastic move in experience. This was the only time in my 11 years of renting where I moved somewhere and I did not have to clean at move in. Maintenance was a phenomenal team when I moved in, but they let some ppl go and new crew members in. They still have one of the original guys and he is always great and fast to respond. My husband and I have been living at Halstead since July 2025, and it's been a great experience so far! The team in the office is just so great, and we love the community events they host in the clubhouse. Plenty of free parking, super convenient/central location, and pet-friendly. I've been delightfully surprised by how quiet our building is! Shout out to the maintenance team as well. We have great neighbors, we love the wooded view from our apartment, and the big marble kitchen island. All good things to say!
Toured this really great property yesterday with Derek DaSilva. Derek thoughtfully planned our visit showing us many options. I was very impressed with what Halstead offered their residents for amenities. We went into a few buildings and they were all very clean and quiet. Seems like a very nice community to live in! We’ve been living here for just over three months and absolutely love it here. The apartments are so nice and spacious, the community is great, and maintenance is super quick. While rent is on the higher end, we feel it’s worth it for the quality of living we’ve experienced so far.
The apartments are really beautiful and very dog friendly!
