Great tour great service answered every question great clean updated property and apartments
Had a fantastic move in experience. This was the only time in my 11 years of renting where I moved somewhere and I did not have to clean at move in. Maintenance was a phenomenal team when I moved in, but they let some ppl go and new crew members in. They still have one of the original guys and he is always great and fast to respond. Initially moving here, the apartments were great and I really had minimal issues. However, after living here almost 2 years my experience has diminished significantly. First, my rent was increased by almost $150…so if you plan on staying account for a large jump in rent. It’s pretty pricey just for a one bedroom, many people have a mortgage equal or lesser than the price of my one bedroom. Living at Halstead Merrimack is amazing. The apartments are beautiful, the amenities for dog owners are great (seriously having a pet spa / dog bath in the building is a godsend ) and management / maintenance are a pleasure to work with. After owning a home for years, this was my first time living in an apartment, and I'm loving it so far. I can't recommend Halstead Merrimack enough.
