We’ve been living here for just over three months and absolutely love it here. The apartments are so nice and spacious, the community is great, and maintenance is super quick. While rent is on the higher end, we feel it’s worth it for the quality of living we’ve experienced so far.
The apartments are really beautiful and very dog friendly!
My husband and I lived here for about a year and a half, I will not lie and did have some financial trouble and they worked with us tremendously. Michael when he worked there was amazing so no issue there and Brianna is also so sweet and great to work with but the place in general is not where we wanted to be. We lived in building 3 first floor and you can hear EVERYTHING the doors opening, people in the hallway, neighbors upstairs the mail main opening and closing the mail boxes. Can’t believe nobody is adding to their reviews about the spider infestation. The entire building is covered from the first floor to the fourth to the extent we can’t even open our windows! Imagine paying that price for an apartment and you can’t even open your windows? They get through the screens. Absolutely disgusting and inhabitable. At night you have a view of 15 large spiders out every window. Walking in the front door, you walk through webs. I’ve lived here for a few years and my experience has been fantastic. The management team is very friendly and helpful and the maintenance team is phenomenal. The apartment units are well designed and the property is very well maintained. The location is great, close to the highway and nearby restaurants, groceries and shopping. Highly recommend.
