I scheduled a tour less than a week ago, specified a move in date of July 18th, weeks away, for both a studio and 1BR. Both were confirmed available for those dates and a tour was scheduled. I was emailed the schedule confirmation, what I needed to bring myself, and even received a reminder the evening before. All seemed perfectly smooth and professional. Jamal did a great job fixing my freezer. He was friendly, professional, and responded quickly to the issue. He explained what was wrong, got it repaired efficiently, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. I really appreciate his help and the quality of his work. Laura Robinson at Halstead Merrimack has been absolutely wonderful to work with. From the beginning, she was kind, patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful through the entire application and move-in process. She helped make everything easier for me and Charlena, including the guarantor paperwork, payment, renters insurance, and next steps. Moving can be stressful, but Laura made us feel supported and excited about becoming residents. We’re very grateful for her help and would definitely recommend her. 5 stars.
We love it here at Halstead Merrimack! Laura in the leasing office is AMAZING! She has been super helpful to answer any and all of our questions. She goes above and beyond to make sure all residents feel welcomed, appreciated and supported. The maintenance crew has also been on point! Responding to service requests quickly and efficiently. I love my new home at Halstead Merrimack.
