Halstead is the management company of our building and one of the Board members (Andrew Hague) is married to a Halstead agent (Monica Monalo) that works in the building as the realtor (The Alfred 161 W 61st St.). She receives insider tips of owner's monthly in arrears and he plays favoritism to Halstead Management. Could you please explain how is this not a conflict of interest ethics violation?
