Bobby is the real deal. If you want an inspector to check everything and do it right then he’s your guy. I would not use any other inspector and would recommend him to everyone looking to get their current home or new home purchase inspected.
Bobby was our inspector and he did an incredible job! This is my first home buying experience and he definitely made sure I was taken care of and was putting my money into a good house. I had a limited amount of time to get the inspection done per my contract and he made sure he still got an inspection within my time frame! He pointed out things we never would have even thought to look for. He did an amazing job!!! Would use him for all my homes in the future and will recommend to friends and family for sure!
Your inspectors are great the house I was thinking about buying there was so many things wrong with it that you guys found that help me decide whether I want to invest in this property or not asking the seller to do some of the repairs that were found and I really appreciate the job you did recommend you very highly
