One of the best things that happened to me in this year; is renting apartment in this great building. The management do response quickly to your request. The building is well maintained, neat and very welcoming. Mr. Shantanu is a great guy, he will always make sure your problem is solved. If this building is not the best, it should be amongst the first-three rental apartment in the whole of Hamilton.

I put in a maintenance request to have a leak from underneath my kitchen sink fix and Sam did a wonderful job. He followed posted instructions and promptly came to fix the issue at hand. He did a fantastic job
