Excellent maintenance service provided by Mr. Tom.
Fast and friendly.
Tom, the maintenance technician, has come twice for minor issues to our apartment and has done an excellent job. He is very kind, efficient and polite. He explained a couple of apartment policies. He is an asset to this building.
