Renters Beware this company is full of bullying their tenants and not completing work orders but raising rent is very important to them at their already very expensive poorly made townhomes. Communication is poor and they illegally enter your home when they see fit but then will tell you they served you a 24 hour notice. The garbage bin is always over flowing and never cleaned up which causes rats and bugs and the bins are located very close to the townhomes. I was told there is no noise in the apartments and I trusted when you guys told me that. I moved here and all there is, is noise. You can hear your neighbours voices, running, moving chairs, and aside from that, the building smells bad. I do not recommend moving here unless you don’t mind about those things, which I do, and it is awful.
