As a long term tenant I am updating my review. The maintenance folks are amazing. However the office staff are not. They have changed and changed processes so many times I am actually planning on moving out in the near future. You can no longer call your office directly. I used to be able to just walk there and get help. Now you call a call centre, they call people from the office, and if you are lucky someone calls you back. Usually you have to chase though.
