Poor customer service they think its funny to block vehicles from being able to move in and out in order to get to school or work. Not considerate of the consumer or tenants. Blocked all available entries and exits to this location. Instead of parking along street or inside vacant lots.
There work is good, but I don't recommend them if you live in Tulare. My appointment was originally scheduled weeks out. After no one showed up for the first appointment -- no phone call, no notice ... the next three appointments that were made with me were no shows or same day cancelations. I was told they have a "Tulare crew" that only comes to Tulare every so often and whatever jobs aren't finished that day are pushed to the next day the Tulare crew comes, whenever that may be.
The foreman on the crew listened and followed all the suggestions I had about the way the tree needed trimming. They left all the wood for us as I had requested. Good team!
