Everyone at Partners are terrific, Extrememly concerned with the patient and will take the time to talk to you and make sure your treatment is the correct course for you.
We have been seeing Dr Kalik for almost 7 years since our daughter had a severe food allergy. He and his staff have always made us feel comfortable through blood testing, skin testing and dreaded oral challenges. We have also had our son seen by him as well for asthma related issues. While it does take some time to get in for the initial appointment (as with any dr) I would still highly recommend this office and Dr Kalik.
Wehave not seen you in 6 months and then I get a bill because I missed a appt. I called the office and they said that they left a message on my answering machine which I did not get. Maybe you should send out a card or a email like other offices do. Good luck getiing my payment for missing a appt. and you have lost a patient because you don't know how to do business like a professional
Everyone in this area knows this is the BEST place to go for Allergy & Asthma care. That is why they are so busy, you can't expect to speak with the Dr. same day, and you have to wait up to 6 wks to get a first time appt. I was told they were the best, but went with someone who took us in sooner. The other place did an eval that was incomplete, barely made eye contact and did minimal testing & sent us home with generic instructions. I wasn't happy so I kept my appointment with Dr. Halsey. I will never go there again. It cost me $105.00 for them to tell me keep taking the same medication (Zyrtec OTC) and give me a prescription for Amoxicillin. Which didn't help with the swelling (the reason I went to the doctors). They want me to go back for a follow up. I don't think so!!!!!
Chose this clinic because of proximity to home, but didn't have good experience from day one. Especially because they have only one location that you can call if you want to contact your doctor or for anything. It makes it harder when you want to speak to your Dr. on the same day, since you have to go through diff. loops to finally get a hold of him, if you manage to after all!
