We have had many cars serviced by Hals. They are the best there is. Fair and honest.
I had several things that needed to get fixed on my car and one thing got inadvertently missed. I caught it before I left the lot and they were very apologetic. They had me come back in at my convenience and put me in the front of the line. They had it fixed in no time and even agreed to sponsor a hole at son's golf outing for their hockey team. QI have been taking all of my families cars to Hal's for service and repairs for over 10 years. The work is outstanding, the people are very courteous and friendly, jobs are finished on time, and I feel like the cars are being treated as though they belonged to the mechanics and not to a customer.
