I thought Halpins knew what they were doing. Maybe at one time they did but now they suck at what they do. I guess its hard to find good help. My carpet is fraying on the side next to my wood floor. Ive learned that its because they did not put a transition or threshold there. Now they want $225 to come do what they should have already done.
