I love the staff’s professionalism, helpful attitude and level of politeness in which they service every customer that enters their doors! Constant overtime!
Katie did a great job helping me find a new pair of sunglasses.
Best experience I’ve had at an eye doctor, Georgetown is prompt and friendly. Scheduling was hard but still easier than every other eye doctor in Delaware and when i arrived early they took me before my scheduled time. Katie helped me with pricing, payment and was very kind! Everyone explained all of the specifics thoroughly and I don’t have enough good things to say about the entire team and process as a whole, thank yall!
After waiting nearly 5 months to get an appointment for an eye exam to which I seriously needed. I was told I was late for 10 minutes and that I had to wait if another patient. Cancelled then they would see me or I have to wait until December to get another eye exam. This should have been told to me that if I was late, that I would have to make another appointment or THAT there was a 10 minute grace period to which I missed by 2 Mimutes.
