I visited this place for a consultation, and they gave me little to no useful information and no options that would benefit me. They charge a higher fee if you have no insurance too. I would not recommend anyone to visit this place for a consultation.
On 9/28/21 I went into Evan S. Halpern, DDS office for a specialty consultation to determine if I needed a root canal or not. BE WARN!! THE FRONT OFFICE LACK THE PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE TO VERIFY FUNDS WITH PATIENT’S INSURANCE. THEN THEY TURN AROUND AND CHARGE THE PATIENT. I had the front office clerk check with my Insurance if there was enough cash to complete this visit. The office clerk confirmed with me that there was enough money plus 450 dollars left over. I went to Dr. Halpern's office as a referral from Talent Dental in Rancho Cucamonga for a root canal since his office specializes in root canals. Dr. Shbeeb and his assistant Sandra were awesome. Comforting, professional and highly concerned about my well-being. I noticed they don't have many reviews. Don't be scared away. Go there. You'll be happy you did.
