Because of this experience by my family member I will never eat here: "So, I used to love this place. Their hot and sour soup always made me feel better when I was going through chemo. So decided to try them tonight, but had to cancel order because we have to be at an appointment at 7pm and traffic sucked. Wife called them to cancel and was told, "We already made it. F*** you."
