Outstanding technicians, extraordinary customer service, and very responsive. I give them the highest possible rating.
I had a great experience with Halo Security. The representatives on the phone were very helpful, and the technician who installed my equipment was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job making sure everything was set up properly and that my home security needs were taken care of. Great service from start to finish—highly recommend!
Prompt knowledgeable and professional!! No mess left behind from their work.our router panel was left askew in our entryway from the internet provider who didn't take the time to screw the access panel back into place such an eyesore!!! left it for us or someone else to fix.Halo fixed it and did the install of 5 drops in 1 hour! Added bonus dog friendly and dog vetted.
Luis was very nice, and did a great job of explaining everything he was doing. He also made sure I knew how to operate the system.
Overall great experience working with the office and technician on site to get my home alarm set up and fully functioning. They were patient and answered all my questions in a timely manner.
