Arlene is the best. She did our hair and makeup for a wedding. My hair lasted all night long, and my make up still looked great at the end of the night. Arlene is super thoughtful and makes sure we are happy at every step of the process. So patient and talented! We went back to this place 3 days later for a hair cut. Highly recommend for make up, hair styling, and cuts.
This is my 2nd visit to Halo Salon, every time Arlene has been amazing. She does everything from hair color to cuts and makeup beautifully. She’s incredibly professional and talented. I highly recommend her! I will definitely come back!
