Viola trimmed my boyfriend's hair by walk-in. She did a great job, wait time was reasonable, she was very professional and his cut was great. Recommend to woman and men.

My stylist was friendly enough but I was unsatisfied with my hair. Went in to have my roots touched up and when I arrived home I discovered looking in my mirror that I still had a lot of gray throughout my hair. When I called her about it she wasn’t as friendly and said I would have to come back in so she could see what I was talking about and it would have to be a time that fit her schedule (to fix a mistake on her part) I called around and found another salon who would take me in at a time that would work for me. I went today to have my hair colored. I'm giving one star because I really did like the way the girl cut my hair a week ago. I came out looking completely opposite of what I asked for. I asked for dark roots which I already had. I asked for More blonde with dark brown in it. I am almost all brown And then she highlighted the top and I have no dark roots so complete opposite of what I asked for was still charged. $100 To do says that they took $25 off because I wasn't happy.
