I had a minor issue with leaking in the roof. The business owner Michael came out the next day after I called to have a look. He was great! We worked together to find a solution to the leaking, and he was able to schedule the repair at a time that worked for me. I will be contacting him again in the future for another project I have. He is also very communicative on text or calling, and provided a professional estimate via email.
Mike took 4 weeks to give an estimate. I got tired of waiting. plus, he used my bathroom when I was not in the house! and he left the toilet seat up! I could see his skit marks!!! No. 2. The bathroom stank for weeks! Who does that? UPDATE: I don't want to waste my time reading your response Mike. my review stands
Very accommodating and professional company. This company knows how to uphold the needs of their customer. I do have not I’ll g but good things to say!
Mike And Paul took care of our home repair following a catastrophic hail storm. Throughout the entire process they were prompt, patient and made sure we were kept in the loop and knew exactly what to expect. They were very thorough and worked with us and the insurance company to make sure everything was addressed and done right. They went above and beyond in making sure we were completely happy with the service provided and the quality of the work provided has been fantastic. Highly recommended!
