They have ruined my nails out of spite. I went there for my birthday from the moment I arrived they kept giving me attitude because I said that it was my first time there and I wanted the most experienced nail tech. Then they kept rushing me to find a color when the actual color I wanted they ran out of it. They started talking about me and it was obvious and I made sure to tell them that I understood what was going on. This nail salon does not do good pedicures AND they have some of the rudest people! “Ken” & “Karen” do allright work, but they (especially him) need attitude adjustments and need to learn Customer Service skills! They forget their customers are the REASON they open their doors EVERYDAY!!!

NEVER use TONY for your pedicure. He is too hard on your toes and feet. He also does not listen to your requests nor does he pay attention to the messy work he does. Never again.

I have been going for years to the same person. Lately his attitude has been horrible. I asked about ideas he could give me and he ignored me then said he is not in the mood to talk. How do you work with customer’s and not want to talk. Stay away from Tink. He has the worst attitude. This is no way to handle business having extremely rude employees.
