Best customer service I’ve received so far in California. They were able to get me in quick. Most places were booked til July and didn’t seem to care what my symptoms were. The front desk lady is amazing, super nice, she listened, and smiles. The ultrasound tech was also amazing. She did everything pretty quick and made me feel super comfortable in a not so comfortable sitution. Awesome communication. Definitely recommend this place to anyone. This place is super affordable depending on which Insurance you use.
I was referred here for my PETScan and my MRI. I was very impressed with the attitude and care of every person I interacted with on both days. They made me feel comfortable, seen, and valued. Specifically, Brandon (Bobby) in records and the young woman next to him (I didn’t catch her name). They were very understanding of my situation and knowledgeable about my case. They made me laugh and smile and acknowledged my positive attitude despite what I’m going through. It was a wonderful experience.
The nurses and Dr Patricia Hadley were amazing. The team took a great care of me before and after the biopsy; they put me at ease and gave me a cough drop to calm down my little cough from a cold I had last week. Praise God! Dr Hadley was gentle and put me at ease and did the whole procedure quickly. Only minimal pain with the initial local anesthesia. I have yearly ultrasounds for cancer follow up. My doctor never has to call them multiple times (like every time I have imaging at Enloe). They scheduled me the next day (only because I couldn't make the same day appointment they offered me.) The check in receptionist was friendly, calm, attentive and helpful. The US tech was thorough, kind, and explained every part of the procedure. I can't think of a single negative thing. Except maybe the big trailer that takes up so much of their parking lot ;)
I had a horrible all round experience at HALO today from ckeckin to the procedure that never happened. I will inform my provider to never refer me to Halo again
