Halo BCC is amazing! They are so nice and explain everything well. They’re prompt and thorough and make you feel comfortable. They even let my husband and our 4 yo daughter stay in a private cozy room and watch Netflix. She had a pillow, a warm blanket and Gabby’s dollhouse, she didn’t want to leave

They made a mistake with my wife's time to show up for her appointment but yet will not see her. Do better. Peoples health and hopes are on the line.

I would like to share my experience at Halo it wasn’t the best, very unprofessional staff, line towards the door I’ve see multiple employees on their phones even one while a patient was talking to them SO RUDE. The patient services at Halo has severely declined. Last year I dealt with a sweet young lady don’t quite remember her name i remember it was hard to pronounce she was very kind and knowledgeable. I needed a follow up appointment at halo for a right breast only recheck . An ultra sound . Was told I needed to wait 5 days for “processing “ to review the Dr.s orders and they would get back to me to schedule an appointment - 13 work days later they have still not called ! I called today and was told they hadn’t processed the order yet ! What? I’ve called twice today and been given a recorder to leave a message and they will call back ! Ha ha ha If this were an emergency this would not be funny !
