Lupe was absolutely amazing and super attentive! She gave me the most amazing blowout! I love a specialist who shares a vision and uses their experience to make recommendations suitable for my needs.
The worst service ever, I made an appointment with Lupe a week before. I got there on time on the day of my appointment, and Lupe never shows up, then Bobby the owner was very rude telling me that was my fault because I never called Lupe to confirm my appointment, that is not my job I did my appointment a week ago, if they need a confirmation Lupe should called or text me. Bobby was great. He knew what I wanted and how to do what I wanted. This was the only time in my life where I got a haircut and I was stoked to share the results with my friends. Amazing results and a good price.
