Phaedra is a great stylist! I will be continuing to getting my hair cut there from now on.
1st Avenue Salon is TOP NOTCH! Kendra knows her profession! Initially went in for a haircut and then scheduled a gray blend highlight. Left with exactly what I had envisioned both times!!! Highly, highly recommend going to Kendra for your hairstyle needs!
