I had an appointment schedule that had to cancel last minute. However, they were able to fit me in with Zara. She was kind, supportive, and picked up on my nervousness as I hadn’t been to a salon in a while (mom here). She brought me back to life again. Thank you, and hope to see you again soon! 🫶🏼
I can't recommend Carolina enough! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and completely at ease. I came in feeling pretty upset and discouraged about my hair, but Carolina completely turned everything around. I let this stew with me for a while but I feel like I’m finally ready to say something, especially since I’ve had way better experiences at other salons and it gave me insight in to what is NOT okay with respect to treatment of a client. Staff is great.. professional.. the haircut received.. well..expensive as I’ll need to pay again to fix the problem. Specifically Showed a picture.. took the time to explain what I wanted… got the complete opposite. Asked for bangs and short layers. Came out long layers (barely anything was cut off). bang on one side is below eyebrow, other side is below my chin.
