Great experience
It was completely terrible service. They would not answer any of my questions nor did they care to follow my directions on how I wanted my hair cut. Inculding the price was too high for the awful job they did. They had also negleted to answer my question on how much was the hair cut so they charged me 40 dollars for some somithing so simple. I would/will never go back to them again.
Very Understanding! Got my long fine hair permed, and it didn't turn out like I'd wanted, but they were very understanding and are going through great lengths to keep a happy customer. Just had a conditioning treatment and they're doing to try a different perming process next weekend so that I'll get the look the closest as possible to what I want. You can't ask for more than that!
