Been with these guys for a few months now. Great weight room, epic classes, the sauna and ice baths are also really really nice. The thing that really makes this place is the staff. Every single one of them are really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Best gym iv ever joined by far.
The dare to be rare boxing challenge was a unique opportunity to experience a boxers training camp complete with fully detailed training, skill development and nutrition plans, culminating in the event day where each participant was able to take part in a bout consisting of 3 x supervised sparring rounds. I started a short time ago at the Rare Breed gym and I'm loving it! The teachers are great, the classes are very productive and the structure of the gym is fantastic!
