I’m extremely frustrated with my experience dealing with Halo Exteriors in Illinois. I was referred to them by a relative who had an okay experience, so I trusted that they would help guide me through my insurance claim process. I had a great experience working with Rich and Halo Exteriors. He guided me through the entire roof replacement process and even managed to get it approved through my State Farm insurance, which is notoriously difficult with roof claims. Had the company Halo do my roof and siding back in august. My house looks brand new, very happy with their work the workers were great and kind courteous very helpful whenever I had any questions would highly recommend Halo
Richard from Halo came through our neighborhood after a hail storm and asked us if we were interested in a free no obligation home inspection. We took him up on it. He discovered roof, siding, gutter and facia damage. We agreed to let Halo try to see if our insurance company would cover the damages. They were able to get everything covered.
