If I could give it no stars I could. It is one of the worst EMS services I've ever dealt with. The customer service from dispatch and the owner are HORRIBLE, not one single care about the patients they have. EMS drivers are very understanding and have great manners, but the owner and the dispatch lady do not know how to speak to people and are not helpful at all.
Love this company. They go above and beyond to help in any way and Thier employees are so nice and take good care of you
