This is a professioal group of people from start to finish. An estimate was available in a timely manner and the work scheduled in a few days, Josh and his assistant arrived when scheduled, worked efficiently and were finished in a reasonable amount of time. We called on a Sunday evening when we were frantic because we had replaced the batteries in our smoke detectors and they wouldn't quit beeping(weren't beeping before, it was a proactive switch). The dogs were going crazy and we couldn't make them stop. Called and got ahold of Josh who promised to be right over. He was there in less than half an hour, pulled down the detector(we tried and couldn't get it unplugged) and showed us how to reset it.
