I stopped by yesterday noonish the get my hair done. No one was at the front desk to help. After sitting there few minutes no one showed up. I had to walk to the back to ask the lady to help me. She didn’t know nothing about nothing. I said thank you and left.
I absolutely love going to Halo in Burlingame for my monthly blowouts. I’ve had the opportunity to work with several different stylists there, and every single experience has been wonderful. Nicole at Halo did a wonderful job on my daughter’s hair for prom — she looked absolutely fabulous! Nicole’s professionalism, warmth, and talent are what keep us coming back for every special occasion. I highly recommend her. I had a very disappointing experience at Halo and would never return. I booked a blowout/curl appointment 1–2 weeks in advance because I had a dinner event tonight. I even went into the salon in person to make the appointment and specifically pointed out a client whose hair was being styled with curls using a curling iron and asked if they could do something similar for me. A gem of a blow dry bar in Burlingame! Nicole gives me life every time she does my hair, a beautiful bouncy blow out that’s lasts for days! & Jules at the front is a ray of sunshine that makes you feel welcome and loved throughout the whole appointment! So grateful to have checked this place out!
