for sales they're great they're service department lacks a lot I will never return I do not feel that the service I paid for was complete and it came back dirtier then when I brought it in and I was told included was a detail and a paint protection I don't feel that the mower was even touched and the gentleman that did the service told me to go somewhere else
constantly go through salesman, and the salesman doesnt know anything about the line of product they sell. I have been trying to buy a tractor from them for about a year now. I backed off for awhile, so I could keep doing research on mahindra. Well come to find out, when buying a mahindra at Halo, it will be a new 2015 that has never been sold and they are still asking full retail price. More facts- The Rural King tractor is NOT the same tractor as a Mahindra. The Rural King tractor has a different engine than the Mahindra. It has a DPF filter that is required to be replaced at a $2500-$3000 cost when needed. The Rural King tractor also has 5 ply tires vs the Mahindra 7 ply tires. The Mahindra tractor has an upgraded engine and tires. The 2500 series tractors by Mahindra are built by TYM with Mahindra specs. Very different tractors.
