My name is not Trevor Graham, but I went to Halmo Jewellers and was very nearly ripped off selling a ring and had my property destroyed. I found a small gold ring in a barn I was helping to clear out. I asked about selling the ring. Well, the big guy at this jewelry store put my ring on the scale and offered me $140 of store credit for the ring. I wanted cash and to see if he was being honest about the value of the ring. My experience with Halmo Jewellers was great! I had my engagement ring resized and the lady was very knowledgeable and helpful. The ring came back looking amazing - new and shiny and fit perfectly!! I also had a pair of earrings cleaned. No complaints. I can see that this place has had some negative reviews but I hope people allow time for change. I've had nothing but good experiences and so has my spouse.
I took 2 diamond rings in to have the corner claws fixed and they butchered my wedding ring, and now the claws sit too high and get caught on everything. The most upsetting thing is they definately switched diamonds out because I can clearly see there is a big difference between the diamonds. My wedding ring has high quality diamonds and now you ruined something so special that cannot be fixed, nor do I trust this jeweller.
