These places aren't well maintained. I see most of the lower shingles have been nailed from the top, which lets water in and leads to water damage inside, just saying.
I really want to appreciate one of the property manager Angela Craggs, she was so helpful to us, made the moving in and out so easy. Thank you Angela, you deserve my 5 stars.
Kevin was very accurate with completing maintenance requests. He shows up within 3 hours of my call to fix the issues.
Teri-Lynn made the move in process a very nice experience she made sure to make it as easy as possible and I appreciate the smooth transition will definitely recommend renting with avenue living!
