Altho I had called ahead to be sure we could visit, the patient we went to see was NOT in the facility when we arrived & had already left when I phoned. Also, it was our 1st visit & there is no sign indicating where to turn in for handicapped parking, so we left the car across the street where there IS a sign. Then we hobbled to the nearest door & were confronted by very steep stairs & another short staircase inside to reach the elevator.
