Just bad. Bad staffing. Bad maintenance. Rent too high. Stuff doesnt get done in a timely manner. Apartments are a decent size, but they use bad paint, to where your walls always look dirty. I had to go almost a week with no heat when my heater went out 2 years ago, and when they were changing my flooring from carpet to pergo, we lived on cement for 2 days.
