My brother in law lived there for over 20 years and when he passed away they refused to let us in his apartment even though we are his only family and had traveled across the country to take care of his stuff. The management was inflexible to our situation and we had to go back home without being allowed in. I hope they treat their residents better than that. The office manager Andrea did try to help but wasn’t able to because of some random rules that the management had set. Very upset and disappointed!
This is a great place to live. It’s a small and quiet apartment community. Very easy access to 217, great central location. The apartments are very well updated. Solid granite countertops, stainless steel appliances. Washer and dryer in unit. Allows pets! The parking spaces are a bit tight, and the pool is not reliably open. The person that gave a bad review in June is the neighbor that causes problems for everyone. Don’t listen to her.

The new management and staff are doing a great job at maintaining the complex and renovating. Pool is clean and excited for when it opens! The only downside are the nosy neighbors and the occasional rule-breaker.
If you’re moving here because of the pool, hot tub and other amenities. Don’t! The pool is hardly open and the hot tub is never open due to being closed by the health department. They do not fix anything in your apartment unless you send multiple messages. I have lived here since 2019 and will be moving due to poor service.
