If I could give zero stars, I would. Hallway Plumbing installed the plumbing in our brand new home, and within two days of moving in, we had major flooding seven times in total. It took them eight months to fix the issue, and the only reason they finally acted was because I posted on Facebook and tagged them and the builder. During that time, they kept implying it was somehow our fault, even though the house was brand new and had never been lived in. Completely unprofessional and dismissive. Avoid if you can.
Kenny was AMAZING! He came out at 8:30pm on a Saturday, informed us of everything that was going on, fixed all the issues AND gave us advice for follow up as needed. We cannot express enough how amazing and informative Kenny was for us!
If I could I will give them 0 starts. This is the worst plumbing service I have ever had in my whole life. They made so many mistakes while doing my brand new home and I had to use them because of the warranty. I had to call several times and they never answered the phone. They came 3 times already to fix a couple issues but they actually never fix anything. Toilet is still leaking after 3 visits. This is totally unacceptable!!
Hallway Plumbing did an excellent job, quick, knowledgeable and careful with the whole process replacing our main water line. 5 stars!
