I can confirm the manager is really rude. We stopped in to ask about a nail repair (called ahead but their phone lines were down so we had to walk-in). We were coming in from out of town and my mom recommended this place because she is a long-time client. While the lady at the desk was sharing availability for later that day, this manager jumped in the conversation while working with another client. I was a client at this salon for a few years. While I really liked the nail techs, the owner Andy treats his clients terribly. I saw it happen several times over my years there, but after he treated a military veteran and his wife in an incredibly rude manner, I can never go back. There are lots of amazing nail salons in Bluffton, choose one who treats our veterans with respect.
