This was my first time coming in and the people there took such good care of me ! I walked in and was immediately helped. I had some concerns about how my nails look without acrylic because I am trying to grow them out. Even though they were very busy I was still informed in a way I could easily understand what would be best for my nails. Everyone is very kind, helpful, and honest. I’ve been a loyal customer of H'Allure Nails & Spa on Buckwalter for about seven years, always returning because of the quality of service. However, my recent experience was beyond disappointing. I missed only my second appointment ever, and instead of understanding the situation, I received a call from who i presume is the manager he l was rude and told me to find another salon, then they hung up on me before I could even explain. I never posted a negative review about any businesses but this is an exception. I have been coming to Allure nails for 4 years and love wonderful manicurists Linda and Kim. But the owner/manager is so rude that I have never seen anything like that in my life. He talks to customers in a very commanding and unpleasant way and today he told us that if we do not like his tone the door is open and he refuse the service in front of all customers.

Let me first say that all the technicians I have had here have been kind and I have no complaints about them individually. I have been coming to the salon off and on for the last eight years I’m not sure if there is a new manager or owner but the gentleman working 10/19 at the front desk was RUDE and told me it would be a minimum of a 20 minute wait for an eyebrow Wax.
