Today was my second time to get my toes & nails done here and they are very nice, professional and efficient! Will definitely be back! Shout out to Ana, Jenny and Amy! Thank you all so much!!
I have been a customer of Jenny's for years and she is wonderful. But the owner is extremely RUDE! The way he talks to his customers is shocking!! He is the reason I switched nail salons. And after reading more reviews clearly it's an on going issue with him.
I’m surprised this nail salon is still open. My experience with the owner/manager was very disappointing. When I asked a simple question about the service, instead of explaining, he responded in a rude and unprofessional manner. He raised his voice and spoke down to me in front of other customers, which was embarrassing and unnecessary. It’s unfortunate because some of the staff seem talented and kind, but the way the manager treats customers overshadows that. I won’t be returning.
My wife went to this Salon yesterday. She had asked a simple question to the manager/ owner about the bill. He ended humiliating her in front of others. Good thing she stood her ground and stood up to him with manners. I think this man should know how to talk to ladies and loyal customers. We won't be coming back.
I have no qualms with the professionalism of the staff. They are kind, attentive and welcoming. I love the service. I Schedule my appointments one month in advance. For mani/pedi gel and dip, I drop about $120 including tips. The place is clean. What i take issue with is the manager. He is a person who likes a strict orderly style for offering these wonderful services.
