Chris was great throughout the process. He was always straight forward and responded quickly. His experience helped me get an idea on possible repairs. He also knows the local market well which allowed my offer to get accepted. He has great referrals, and as a first time buyer he really helped give me pieces of information as I needed them instead of over whelming me with everything at once. Would recommend!
