RecommendedI have done two projects with Halls this year and have several additional projects that I will employ them for in the future. They are professional, timely and always a pleasure to work with. The quality is second to none! Nora is the reason I chose to work with Halls and I have not been disappointed! Christian was my salesman for both projects, was professional, prompt and made sure the job was done completely and correctly. I will never use any other window company!

Love the product but they fail when it comes to backing up their warranty. The handle on my new French doors , I paid a pretty penny for, literally fell off 2 weeks ago. I've called 3 times and still haven't had anyone return my call to schedule a repair appointment. Had this problem with a similar issue when I replaced a door at my previous home.
I am so pleased with my new windows! They make such a huge difference in the look of my home. I had a friend come stay with me shortly after the install and she commented how quiet it is. As if that wasn't enough I could clearly see from my heating bill that they made a big difference from the very first day they were installed! I was so excited to buy new windows for our home. We have family that had used Halls and were very happy. I called and made the appointment a nice gentlemen showed up have a partial estimate. He said he needed to finish the rest as we were adding an exterior door and He would be in touch the next week. Then nothing....this was right before 4th of July, giving them the benefit of doubt I've called 3 times and each time I've been told someone would be in touch but they have never contacted me. VERY disappointing
